    I used to be a skater too, but it’s been 4 years ago, and I put on lots of weight!! I don’t think I still can maintain that kind of agility..:( anyway, excellent skills, I used to do that too. But I now suck, so I don’t skate anymore.

    Excellent video. Thanks for sharing.

  2. 2stanstanwong

    that is skills

  3. 3Prolite

    Correct.

    So sharp eagle turns are needed tho.. To learn this, we need to lean drunken sailor movement and the eagle turn on both sides, left & right. That’s what is needed here, right?

  5. 5jamie44ward

    I got one95 theyre amazin lol

  6. 6Prolite

    Ok, hope to see a video.

  7. 7Viprax

    ok cheers, shouldnt be too hard think ill crack this one

  8. 8Prolite

    It is:
    One “Drunken’ Sailor Movement” that slides into one Eagle Turn;

    One transition step (just a step out of the Eagle Turn to get forward again);

    One “Drunken Sailor Movement” that slides into one Eagle Turn on other side;

    — and repeat.

  9. 9Viprax

    so its drunken sailer x1, then eagle turn x1? or is it 2 drunken sailers per eagle?

    Helmets are not really a big deal, especially if you don’t need one. The protective equipment that you really need are wrist guards, elbow pads, and hip protection. Although, the hip protection you might not need until you start jumping. And once you start jumping, you’re going to also need knee supports, so your knee joints don’t go bad.

    Hey dude,
    I never ware a helmet while I skate, altho I never fall on my head. Is that a bad thing..? What are the risks..?
    Regards,
    Hisham

    No coach. No hockey. I am self taught. I am an Xtreme Ice Skater.

  20. 20socalazn168

    Where and how did you learn all these footwork? Did you have a coach and play ice hockey before?

  21. 21Prolite

    Yes, the high-end skates are good. I think the 190’s are really stiff.

  22. 22liiamiee

  23. 23Prolite

    Absolutely.

  24. 24XownedftwX

    control on this level must take a hell of a long time to learn

  25. 25RustyNinja

    Hey Dan, can you elaborate on the Eagle Turn. I can’t quite seem to get it. When I try it I end up going is a circle (360), but you seem to manage to keep going from that semi-circle to forward. When I do a short half turn, i end up facing backwards instead or forward. Any tips.
